He is responsible for devising and driving current and long-range plans and represents Arsenal Digital in relations with its customers, in the business community and across the storage industry. Joining Arsenal Digital in April 2002, Frank has a proven track record of building and managing successful technology organizations.
In 2007, Frank was selected for the prestigious "Entrepreneur of the Year" award by Ernst & Young for his accomplishments, including: leading Arsenal Digital to its s ixth consecutive year of double-digit revenue growth, guiding the company to 206 percent increase in PC and server customer deployments in 2006.
Frank has taken many steps to demonstrate his experience and capabilities as a CEO and leader at Arsenal Digital. A believer in cultivating strong and consistent corporate, functional and individual employee performance, he has instituted leadership development programs for all management - which has resulted in significant organizational growth and employee development. Frank is also credited for his role in helping to develop the original specifications for Arsenal Digital's ViaRemote online backup service, which is currently the fastest growing offering for the company.
Prior to joining Arsenal Digital, Frank held the position of CEO at Telxon Corporation, a $450 million publicly traded company in the mobile-wireless computer systems industry. At Telxon, Frank increased sales productivity over 30 percent, two years in a row, and turned a $25 million loss into a $45 million profit over a 12-month span.
A talented and energetic leader, Frank orchestrated successes at several companies, including Basicomputer, a $225 million privately held PC distributor and network integration company. While Chairman and CEO at Basicomputer, he grew the business from $6 million in revenue in 1984 to over $250 million in 1992.
