Carisa McCann, CSQA, Six Sigma Green Belt, is the Director of Quality Assurance at ChoicePoint, Inc. She provides leadership, direction, and strategic planning for the QA organization in Financial and Professional Services, which includes Public Records, Authentication Solutions, Data Services, Banking and Finance, and Mortgage Services. Carisa has more than sixteen years of experience in information technology. She has been a developer, project manager, business analyst, tester, and quality assurance manager. She has managed, trained, mentored, and coached hundreds of top professionals in the field. She has implemented CMMI and Six Sigma based programs to identify best practices and process improvements in organizations. Carisa was recognized by Rational Software as one of their key users of test asset management tools. Carisa earned a BS in Computer Science with a concentration in Management from Clemson University.
