He became Fulton County's first CIO in August 2000. Prior to Fulton County, Robert held IT leadership positions in technology in the private sector, healthcare, insurance industry, and state government.
BBA in Business Systems, an MBA from the University System of Georgia, and has worked toward his Doctorate at the University of Southern Mississippi .
