As CEO of What's Up Interactive, the company he cofounded in 1990, Warner leads a team of nearly 20 interactive marketing professionals.
Richard has been named as a Small Business Person of the Year by the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. The "Daybook" media portal he developed was named a "Maverick Marketing Product of the Year" in 2006 by the AMA.
His broadcasting career stretches nearly 30 years as host of "Georgia's Business," a weekly PBS series in nine markets where he's interviewed more than 500 CEOs. For 10 years, he was a cohost and commentator on WAGA TV FOX5's "Good Day Atlanta", a business reporter for WXIA TV Atlanta, and host of a daily marketing report syndicated to more than 200 radio stations nationwide.
Richard served as 2005 president of the Atlanta Chapter of the AMA, and is in demand as a moderator and emcee for the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Women in Technology, PRSA and Emory University and others.
Richard is also on the boards of the SafeAmerica Foundation and HERO.
